tenant, marking a first in retail-model warehousing and earning instant industry trust.
From there, we crafted boutique commercial spaces in Kondapur and Kompally, chosen by leading names like KIMS Hospitals and a global MNC — each project reinforcing our reputation for thoughtful, value-driven development.
With Fairmount Square, Kompally, launched in 2019, we created a vibrant destination that welcomed Starbucks, Nykaa, Taneira, and P. Satyanarayana Jewellers, shaping the city's evolving retail landscape.
